I'm experiencing a problem sending emails w/ screenshots. When the emials are sent internally R6.5.3) they show up fine. The email is opened and the screenshot is displayed in the body of the email. When they are sent externally the screenshots are not viewable in the body of the email. This only happens on one users PC. The body of the email contains a message stating embedded image was moved to file:*.pcx. You can click on the file and open it up w/ an image viewer. When I send a similar email from my Client externally (to a hotmail or yahoo account) I am able to view the screenshot in the body of the email. MIME settings and all other settings are identical on each client. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

What are your settings for sending Internet mail ?

Pascal.

Internet setting was set to Notes Rich Text Format. I changed it to MIME and it resolved the problem. Thanks for the assistance.
