Hi,

I was wondering if it was easy to set up email copy of voicemail. We have the following:
1. IP 406
2. IP Office 3.2
3. VM Pro 3.2

Do I need separate licenses/modules from Avaya or can I install an SMTP service that will automatically forward voicemail's as email's on selected numbers. (If this helps, the Exchange server and the voice mail server are on the same subnet).

Thanks,

Paul

Make sure you run VM Pro as a service logged on as a user in the Active Directory.

For simple VM>e-mail no licenses are required, it will even work with VM Lite (MAPI only). Only IMS requires a license.
