Morning All,
I've recently inherited a strange problem on our 2010 platform. If a user logs into OWA and (for example) decides to set their out of office. ("Options", then "set automatic replies" or "see all options" the following error message is received.
"Server Error in '/ecp' Application."
Event log show this :
Current user: 'SYSTEMS\xxxx.xxxxx'
Request for URL ' failed with the following error:
System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'Boolean Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Directory.Recipient.ADRecipient.get_Pop3AggregationEnabled()'.
at Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.ExchangePrincipal..ctor(ADUser user, ADObjectId mdb, DatabaseLocationInfo databaseLocationInfo, Boolean ignoreSiteBoundary)

at Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.ExchangePrincipal.FromUserSid(ADSessionSettings adSettings, SecurityIdentifier userSid, Boolean ignoreSiteBoundary)
at Microsoft.Exchange.Management.ControlPanel.EcpIdentity.GetLogonUserExchangePrincipal()

at Microsoft.Exchange.Management.ControlPanel.RbacContext.CreateSession()
at Microsoft.Exchange.Management.ControlPanel.RbacSettings.CreateSession()
at Microsoft.Exchange.Management.ControlPanel.AuthenticationSettings..ctor(HttpContext context)
at Microsoft.Exchange.Management.ControlPanel.RbacModule.Application_PostAuthenticateRequest(Object sender, EventArgs e)
at System.Web.HttpApplication.SyncEventExecutionStep.System.Web.HttpApplication.IExecutionStep.Execute()
at System.Web.HttpApplication.ExecuteStep(IExecutionStep step, Boolean& completedSynchronously)
I've tried switching the .net version used for that app pool from 2.0 to 4.0 which doesnt make any difference and Google yielded nothing of note.
It's running on windows server 2008 (fully updated) and exchange 2010 fully updated incl .net 4.0.
Any help would be much appreciated
Regards
Tach
