Hi all,
I have a Voice Recognition server connected to an Avaya Definity switch via an E1 Aculab card, which uses the CAS signalling protocol. What I need to know, is when the call needs to be transferred back to an agent, does the call come back on a second E1 channel before it clears the channels down or does it just flash signal back along the same channel the call came in to the server on? Any help would be appreciated.
