We have a T1 E & M Tie circuit from CenturyLink is there any way we can get our carrier to pass us caller ID incoming?

Then that's your answer, nothing you can do your side to effect their service :)

There is no standards-based method to deliver caller ID on an E&M Tie line. There is a provision for *DNIS*ANI* (or maybe it's *ANI*DNIS* - it's been many years since I've last used this), but I don't think IPO will support it. Is it CenturyLink's CO at the other end of the Tie line delivering regular calls? If so, easiest is to convert to PRI.

They won't give us a PRI old Ericson equipment at CenturyLink

The last E&M TIE Line in IPO I did was on a 406 7 years ago and IPO did not support Caller ID at that time. I doubt it has changed since then but can't be sure.
