Duplicate jobs with Backup Exec

Hi all.

I have a Windows 2003 server with backup exec 10.d
I have 8 backups jobs

I want to do a duplicate of these backups jobs in a diferent pool (uniq for all pools)

Which will be the best way to do that?

Could i start these duplicate jobs when i want instead when the backup job finish?

Ideally you want to duplicate after the job completes, but in order to schedule the duplicate you will need to place the backup jobs in a policy then in the policy crete the duplicate templates and instead of the option to run after the backup complete schedule it
