I am trying to find out how to find a button I can assign a macro to that has dual functions. Much like the "Font Color" or "Highlight" buttons that are on MS Word 2000 toolbar.

Does anyone know where you can get a button like that? And maybe a little about how they work? I heard they are called Toggle buttons.

Thanx

You mean the "button" which actually functions like a drop down list with colored "buttons" as the items of that list? I am afraid there is no easy solution. You have to have an ActiveX control that does it. But if the task you'd like to do is something rather common and not so exotic, I am sure, you can find such control somewhere on the Web. HTH
