Problem with DSS.

We moved the operator station to another location and the DSS no longer functions.

How many pairs are necessary for the 20L set? Could this be the issue?
Might the set be going bad or did the DSS poop out?

The DSS Console uses the 4th pair (Wht/Brn)on an RJ-45, which is the power pair. ALSO - If the phone wiring is connected to a different port you will also have an issue with the DSS. On a Legend/Magix the operator phones need to be in specific ports on the switch and setup as operators, or the DSS won't work.

That is the scoop. There was mlx10 sitting there before and I don't think that the 4 pair was wired.
