This customer has got a Personal Ring Group with only two members.

Personal Ring Group DN is 7910
Members of Personal Ring Gruop are x7910 (IP5340) and x7911 (DECT 5306.

The attendant has programmed a key for 7910 as DSS/BLF for monitoring whenever any of DNs (7910 and 7911) are busy.

This only tells the attendant when 7910 is engage but NOT when 7911 is being used.

Is there a way to program this so the attendant is notified whwnever any of the DNs are busy? They don't want to have another key on the attendant's console as DSS/BLF.

regards,

Daniel

DSS/BLF will not monitor a ring group.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

Or to put it another way

BLF keys only monitor prime lines.

2 Prime lines = 2 BLF keys.

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

kwbMitel is correct.

It is possible for you to set your personal ring group as "one busy all busy" so that should your attendant try to contact x7910 when x7911 is in use they will receive a busy tone, but your Busy Lamp Key will still show idle.
