DS2000 loop keys

My customer has 16 lines so I created fixed loop 0 keys on everyones phone. I also created park keys on everyones phone. When I press the loop key the light is green, when I put the call on hold, there is no visual indicator where the call is. There is no way to retrieve the call. When someone parks a call and I retrieve it from another station, there is no visual indicator where the call is.

Can someone tell me if this is the way the system works and if not how can I get visual indicators where my calls are?
Mapping line buttons is not an option.

I put 4 loop keys on each phone, when I ran into you situation ,and 2 park park keys on each phone. That way the conference calls work and you can have more than 1 call at YOUR phone then then if you want to you park it on park one and walk to ANY phone and press the park one button again to retrieve it.

You can even put like 4 park buttons on each phone if you want and you can announce to people over the page to pick up park 3 etc...

What is weird is that I restored the original programming after having that trouble, came back the next day, programmed loop keys and parks, and it worked fine. I don't think I did anything different but now it's working.
