Anyone knows what dos command to display the diskspace? We want to create a bat file to monitor the diskspace on the hard drive, but not sure if any dos command can provide this.

Thanks,

a simple dir will supply that information, do a dir for an empty folder and it shows you the number of butes free.

it shows the bytes free, but not the total bytes or bytes used. what dos command to get these?

Depending on the OS, chkdsk will give you that information along with other stuff.
