Hi Again,

I have added a door phone onto the system and it won't work. :( I suspect its down to the door phone itself as an analogue phone works perfectly fine, but the door phone can't / won't access the line and whilst it answering the inbound call from an extension for configuration, the line drops immediately. Anybody any thoughts?

Thanks again

Stuart

Specifics on Door phone type/model would help possibly

Might be a voltage compatibility issue.

The 3300 only supplies 24v instead of 48v.

The doorphone might be detecting the lower voltage as "Line in use" and not fuction properly.

My best guess.

Hmmm.... Good point, I'll do some digging. Might have to us an ATA instead of the built in analogue sets.

Thanks anyway.
