Is there a good doc for beginers. I purchased MICS 6.0
with call pilot. Got all the hardware configuration figured out, thanks to this forum.
Here are my questions:
1. How does one go about programing the switch using a computer?
2. If it is possible to program it using the computer is there a good Doc out there on it?
3. How would one extend the system to say home office?
Thanks a lot in advance.

I dont know if its just my PC but the 1st link didnt work for me ..

Site is not always working.

1. You need NRU software and a R.A.D.(Remote Access Device) device on the KSU
2. Yes....docs are available but I have no link for you at this time.
3. To have sets at the home you will need digital extenders, depending how many phones you want, it might also be better to have a different smaller system at home and have an OPX line from the telco to link the systems.

Thanx a lot every one, I got all the docs that you so kindly provided the links for, but I am not too literate on the telecom side, if any one know some kind of beginners site or PDF, it would be nice.
Thanx a lot for your input
