Hello!

I'm having troubles configuring a Cisco 515 PIX.

My problem is that DMZ network cannot access Internet. In DMZ side there is only one server.

Here is the config:

Looks like you need a static for your dmz interface to the outside.

try this
static (dmz,outside) 192.168.200.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 0 0

Sorry the static should be

static (dmz,outside) 192.168.200.0 80.x.x.x netmask 255.255.255.0 0 0

Or, you could just static the one host you have in the dmz, depends what your range is on the outside.

The ACL that you have applied to the dmz interface is blocking all traffic except what you have specified.
access-list dmz_a_inside permit ip host 192.168.200.254 host 192.168.100.254
There is an implicit "deny ip any any" at the end.

Add these two lines to that access list
access-list dmz_a_inside deny ip 192.168.200.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.100.0 255.255.255.0
access-list dmz_a_inside permit ip any any

The first line blocks all other traffic from the dmz to the internal network and the second line allows all other traffic outbound. The ACL is processed from the top down.

I would also change the dmz static to
static (inside,dmz) 192.168.100.254 192.168.100.254 netmask 255.255.255.255 0 0
This only translates traffic between the .254 addresses and not the whole block.
