dispaly says....this terminal is barred

hey guys,

just wondering what this means....

"this terminal is barred"

IP500 5.0.24

have all 54XX phones except for 1 4412D+ which has this message on the display...."this terminal is barred"

cant dial or do anything. this phone is connected to a 8-port digital module in the IP500 control unit. im thinking this is the problem? or should it be working?

nevermind......just got it working.

sorry for the waste of time. i now know, and should have known, that you cant connect it to the IP500 control unit. it has too be connected to an expansion module.

again....sorry for the waste of time!!

It's not a waste of time - someone else may have the same problem and look on here and then find that you can't connect a 4412D+ to the IP500 control unit - it has to be connected to the expansion module ...
