Disaster Recovery + Backups

Hi,

Can anyone recommend the best software for imaging Windows 2003 Servers we are looking to do this to allow us to put the OS back quickly in the event of a server failure. Preferably the software will be able to restore to dissimilar hardware.

Also, we currently have 2 x Ultrium tape drives and Arcserve doing our backups. We are creeping to the capacity of the drives now and are looking at alternative methods of doing backups. What do you think to things like NetApp etc.
