Hi all!

Is it possible to turn off external/internal follow-me trough WinFIOL? I know that it is possible over the phone, with #22# or #21#, but if there is command for it I would appreciate that someone reply how to do this!

Thanks in advance

You can disable external follow me, it's defined in CDIV parameter in KSEXI, KSCAC, EXTEI commands or You can disable it in extension categories - EXCAC,
in KSEXI, KSCAC commands (digital extensions),CDIV parameter - the second bit must be set to 0.
in EXTEI (for analogue extensions), CDIV parameter - the third bit must be set to 0.
in EXCAC (for categories) , CDIV parameter - the thirs bit must be set to 0.

If it's on and you want it turned off, end and reinitaite the extension, it loses all soft diverts

@parnum: OK, only way to turn off ext follow me is to "EXTEE" or "KSEXE" extension, and then reinitaite extension. I thought that there is another way, like PEALC, just for ext follow me.

@SpitItOut: Thanks, I already know for CDIV parameter, I asked the wrong question. User already have permision for ext follow me.
