Good morning,

I'm new to Avaya market, and I'm now discovering some information.
I can't consider avaya website well made, it creates a lot of confusion...
Please, where may I fin some information/documentation about DIRECT MEDIA PATH on IpOffices devices?
Thank You very much.

Allow Direct Media Path: Default = On
When disabled the media (voice) path always passes through the Control Unit. When enabled the remote end may be told of a new IP address for the media path if for example the call is transferred to a H.323 extension. Enabling this option may cause some vendors problems with changing the media path in mid call.

The above is from the IPO Manager help file, and it is correct you may have problems if its turned on and you have more than one medi path that the VoIP end points can follow.

1. What version ip office
2. Which third party vendor ( Media path )

Provide me the above and you will have your answer
