Differences between Partner Cabinets. 2

I recently acquired a Partner II system. The two cabinets are 103F and 103B5. Is there a difference between the two. They both have the same power backplane. Can they each be used independently?

If I should decide to sell the cabinet with the expansion processor and cable which cabinet should I sell with it.

It doesn't really matter. Each carrier works indepenently. It's the processor and expansion processor that are tied together that makes the Partner II w/expansion work.
