I have another question that I hope someone can help me with. I have been using Dialpad.com for several months for my long-distance calls. Up until about a month ago, everything worked fine. Then, for some reason, I could hear my friend, but he can't hear me. I contacted Dialpad.com and they sent me a message that I could not understand. Then, everything worked right again for about 3 days. And then, it stopped working again! Does anyone have any idea (in plain, simple terms) what I can do so my friend can hear me again? My microphone works fine, but I don't have a clue what to do. Can you help me? Thanks again. F. Weston

1. Verify that mic is working, create a wav file with SOUND RECORDER application is a good way test this. If you can create a file and play it back, your mic should be working fine.

2. If there is still a problem, I would contact your ISP and see if they have any ideas.
