Dial timeout

Hi
I was wondering if I can extend the dial digits timeout on a CS100. rel5.
We have some user when dialing Long distance # they will take longer than usually to complete the call so they would get a time out.
is there any way for me to extend the the dial digit timer?

Have a look at LD 15....TIM

You need the DIND and DIDT parameters.

Try to adjust your FLEN in LD 90 if you are using SPN.

FLEN - Flexible Length (the number of digits the system
expects to receive before accessing a trunk and
outpulsing these digits)

(default 0) to 24 - Flexible Length range
