We have dial by first name and dial by last name setup for a customer. If the correct name is dialed(true), it transfers to the extension. If the wrong name or nonexistent name is pressed, it keeps prompting the caller to try again. It stays in that 'dial by name' menu. Is there any way to have a timeout or have the call be transferred to a hunt group if the the wrong name or nonexistent name is depressed? Even if that is not possible, can we have the call go back to the main menu? Currently, we have the 'false' part of the menu connector connected back to the dial by name menu, but does not transfer there.
