I've recently taken over a Merlin Legend left behind by a previous tenant. With much reading of manuals and searching of forums we are up and running with almost everything working as it should. However, I can't figure out how to get the system to allow users to dial 9 for an outside line, rather than 70. It seems to be something to do with ARS but none of the books are specific about this point. I find the whole ARS thing rather difficult to understand because of the use of very specific language. We don't have any complex routing requirements. Any outgoing call just needs to pick up any idle line. Thanks for any advice!
