Developing Applications for BCM400

Hello!

I'm new to the forums and I searched (and have been searching all over) for any hints to writing apps for the BCM 400. Specifically I need to write an app for capturing CDR data real time and also for determining if a user is on thephone at a given time.

ANY hints would be much appreciated

I do have an email into the Nortel Developer program (and I am a member) but they are VERY slow in replying...

Thanks, I don't need an app.. I need to write an app, so I'm looking for help with *writing* an app. The app on the BCM is crap and displays the records going by and does nothing with them...
