I am trying to create a setup program for my c# project - and I am almost there. The software installs, and un-installs quite happily - however I want the user to enter some information into the setup process, and then for me to store that data in the registry, and then, whilst I am at it, I want to register a service.
However, one thing at a time.
I have added a user interface dialog to the setup process - however I cannot find a way of getting the information from this dialog into the registry.
The MSDN library is singularly unhelpfull here. Can anyone recomend a good book, or a source on the net that gives a deployment tutorial?
