We can make and receive calls no problem. We have a huntgroup built using queuing and delayed announcements. (queued and still queued)
Internally dial huntgroup and everythings works perfectly. From outside you hear first delayed announcement and then nothing else. It ignores the second announcement and it ignores the overall timeout to the huntgroup voicemail box.
Looking at debug you see the still queue engage and also the huntgroup voicemail. But hear nothing. We checked syncronize calls tab and that made it work. But then we could not have any options off the still queued menu. Any suggestions?

I noticed the same issue on a system also with that release and SIP trunks, I think it's a bug :)

We downgraded processor to R7.0.5 hoping it might help. No luck. Crazy thing is that checking syncronize calls makes it work but you can't tell the caller to choose any options, like going to the mailbox to leave the queue and leave a message. For now we are just repeating the first announcement, with no options then dumping to the group mailbox after a certain amount of time.

This is, in my opinion, a bug.
But Avaya states that when you use NAT twice then this is what happens.

You can solve this BUT!!! then faxing stops working.
You need to turn off "Reinvite supported"

Only then this problem is gone, BUT again faxing stops working!!!

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

if double NAT is involved make the second router part of the first routers DMZ.

The system I saw it in was in Australia, I was just tidying up the installers crap handywork programming it (and installing Xima), I didn't have any info regarding the SIP/network setup but I guess double NAT could have been in use :)

Appeciate the suggestions. We had to turn on "reinvite supported" to get externally forwarded calls to work. I will turn it off to see how it effects the delayed announcement issue.
