Defective Openstage 15 HFA phone

Hello Guys, Good afternoon

Here at the company Have two openstage 15 HFA phone as the same defect

when I call the phone on the network, some LEDs are on and nothing appears on the display.

does anyone know how to tell me if there's still a way.

DERT will bring most phones back to life. I rarely see an actual defective phone short of physical damage.

I already used DERT tool, but it doesn’t work, and it’s not a problem in DERT because I used it on another device that wasn’t initializing and being able to recover the device, but with this defect I posted here I can’t recover with the DERT tool, someone know me say if there is another way to recover
 
Think the lights signify the issue but can't remember if there is a document / link to explain what they are.

Had an Openstage 15 HFA which had similar issues with similar light pattern on startup. DERT wouldn't fix it either. Had to bin it as out of warranty.
