I am using Office XP and when I enter in a decimal it keeps getting rounded to up, so if enter 5.5, when I click off the field it shows up as 6. I've tried everything and I am not sure why its doing this, can anyone help?
Thanks in advance

What does that mean, I have set it to decimal, long integer, integer etc. I have set the format to general, fixed etc. nothing seems to work.

Get a book. Learn about data types. Even (GASP) actually try the HELP system.
