dch monitoring tool

anyone knows a tool or apps that can notify if DCH is down---please advise--it would be greatly appreciated..thanks in advance

Depending upon what software version you have, I think it was possible on older software versions to have OTM / TM installed to have SMTP traps enabled to email you if alarms occured. This should work for DCH alarms.
