db2Start error

I recently installed DB2 Server on Windows XP.

When I type db2Start, it shows the error dialog with message==>
"procedure entry point ?sqlnls_unpaddedgraphlen@@.... could not be locaed in the dynamic link library DB2SYS.dll".

Can anyone please throw some suggestions on this problem.

If I reinstall the DB2 server, is there any change will it work?

Thanks in advance.
