this is likely a very simple question to answer, but I am not familiar with an NEAX2000. I have a Day/Night Key programmed for one specific extension on a Dterm-E (32D). I need to change the extension this number rings to. How can I accomplish this either via Matworx or ...?

thank you

If it is truly a day night key, you would need to check Cmd 76xx but I would first investigate the key programming in Cmd 9000 to verify just what it is programmed as!

You need to set Command 08-244 to a 0, then put a Night Key (F13XX XX=Tenant # or F0043 key) on the Dterm.

Set Command 2002 & 3005 and 7601 / 7602 as needed.

Command 2002 ????? 20Y it's a three digit command. Which command did you actually mean?

Is this a DID number or a DIT? If a DID then Cmd 76xx would probably apply but for a DIT neax is on the right path. Then again there are other ways of achieving this. In some circumstances the key could just be set as a speed dial key with the call forward code and destination extn stored there which is why I suggested checking how the key is currently programmed (cmd 9000).
