I want to know if I can have a custom menu in print preview. What I have is a form that is only for viewing purposes. This will be accessed by certain people who should not have the ability to edit etc. the data. They also need to be able to print out a certain report which they can access from this form.

Now the question, when they go into the print preview they can see the normal print preview menu which has access to the design view, etc. Can I eliminate this and put in my own menu that will have print and close on it only.

I need simple instructions as I'm new to this and not real good at coding.....etc....

Thank you

Actually I have more to say on the above. I just realized that I have a custom menu that my managers can use which gives them access to all the reports, and forms. This menu is what shows in print preview and there is no print button or close button on it. So I have two problems it seems.

I need to limit who can see the custom menu and how to I put the print and close button on a menu that will appear when in print preview mode?????

I hope this makes sense to you all.
