Does anyone know if you can change the text on the logon window? I know you can regedit / use a system policy to add a message screen AFTER pressing ctrl+alt+del to log on.

What we would like is the name of our Institute and a message with our help desk number where you type your password and username to log on to NT.

Is there a system policy / reg hack that will do this?

hi,maff:
Maybe you can do so by modifing the resource DLL of
winlogon.exe -> msgina.dll.

Using a tool like Visual C++ to open this DLL as
resource ,find the dialog that you want to change
and change it as you want. The last thing is save the
changes & reboot to view the result.

Good luck!
