Hi All,

We have a potential new client who is looking to buy an NS700. They would like their customer database to be able to screen pop with the customer account should a client call in that matches a stored CLI.

Does anyone know if this something that Panasonic NS700 can do?

Thanks

Directs an incoming trunk call to a preprogrammed destination when the caller's identification number (e.g.,Caller ID) matches the number in the System Speed Dialling Table that is used as the Caller ID Table. Each Caller ID number (telephone number for each System Speed Dialling number) can have its own destination. This feature should be able to work for you if the customers will use the same number every time they call.

Poltys springs to mind you need some sort of CRM. Not very aufait but someone on here might have some better understanding.

You can try it with Panasonic CA PRO,it supports various CRM software applications via the optional iLink CRM extensions ( including incoming call screen popups and ‘click to dial’).
Supported applications: Act! 2012 Professional, IBM Lotus Notes, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Sage CRM, Maximiser CRM, Sugar CRM, Salesforce.com, Netsuite
