Hi

I am trying to create a half decent report for finding out the backup status of 18 odd remote sites. I have all of the Arcserve installations at site logging into a central DB. I have created a basic report using Crystal Reports ver 8. But what I really want to do is to tell the report to look at the backup status of the previous days jobs, however some of the jobs from the other previous day finish in the day that I want to query(2 days worth), so I need to specify a cut off point in time to query from. I have chosen 18:30. Now I can query the SQL DB using the enterprise manager and get the desired results but his relies on me specifing the previous day (breath).

Unfortunately my knowledge of SQL is very small and my knowledge of writing in CR is even smaller.

If anybody could point me in the right direction or have any sample reports/code I could use I'd be very grateful.

Many Thanks

Mike

Arcserve version 11.1
SQL Server 2000
Crystal Reports ver 8

Use the built in ARCserve report writer to generate your own custom reports. This means you don't have to know anything about the schema or go down to SQL level, or even think about Crystal reports in the first place.
