CursorAdapter and Native VFP 9 Tables

Is there a way to use native access to VFP tables when building a CursorAdapter other than having the table contained within a database? I do not want the tables linked as they are FTP'd individually. Am I better off going with views?

There is no problem to use CA with Free tables. Just builder doesn't works with them. Try to create it manually.
