Crytal Reports 10 - Data axis Charts

I am using a Line Chart and my data axis (y) does not correspond with the data on my chart. For example:

100.00
80.00
60.00 *35% (it shows ehere the amount is correct
40.00 but it should show between 40 and 20..
20.00
0.00
-20.00
-40.00

What am I doing wrong?
