Crystal reports

I have downloaded the 16 sample templates from the Citrix site. However, with mixed succes I have many of the reports working. I'm not very familair with crystal, but does anyone have a report that will show all users, their start/stop times, duration and publish apps they are accessing.

User Session History provides this information.

The way I use these templates (and it may not be the correct way!) is to export them as Web Pages once I have generated them, and then edit the URL, providing username ans password (for all subreports as well as the main report). This URL is then pasted into a bespoke Front-End web page and linked from the main Corporate Portal.

What problems are you having generating the reports? I've been using them for a while now - and I certainly had to learn a few things on the way - especially when our Japanese office said that these were a requirement...

Where can I get these crystal report templates ? I searched at the Citrix site, but couldn't find them !

http://citrix.com/download/

and select Resource Manager-Crystal Reports templates.
