If your Windows 98/95 platform can run Crystal 9 or 10, then it's a sure sign it has been upgraded to support UNICODE and there's a good chance Crystal 11 would run on it as well.

Even so, a hardware/OS upgrade may be in order... :)

Visual CUT & DataLink Viewer:
view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

Ido,

That hasn't been our experience at all. After running into problems after upgrading our application, we were flat-out told by the good people at BO that the last version of the CR runtime that's supported on Win98 is 9.2.xxx. We even had to rewrite parts of our application to create the Viewer/Application/Report objects at runtime depending on the O/S. This has created other problems for us as well, so we're essentially being forced to drop Win 98 support for our application because of this.

thanks for your guidelines

but there should be other option as many users are useing windows98se

It's a lot of work to keep systems compatible. I'd suppose that there are not enough users with Windows 98 to justify the extra work to ensure the two will work together.
