Crystal Group Sub Sections

Is there a programmatic method which allows the user to manipulate the order of a group footer's sub-sections on a report. I have a grid, which lists the sections of the group I wish to present to the end user. Having changed the order within the grid, of that section, I would like to refresh the report showing the new order of the sub sections within that group.
Can this be done and how?
