Over the weekend we upgraded to CM 5.2 we also have an AES 3.1.2 and CCE. For some reason now we are getting a situation where 2 agents will answer the same call and neither can hear the customer, but they can talk to each other. We are using Call Master 4 phones. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?
 
If you haven't already, try Tech talk at Sundance-communcations.

The techs there are smarter and nicer.
