I've been putting together a report in PageMaker6.5 which contains tables from Word. The tables are copied from Word and then placed with "paste special-Microsoft word document object" into PageMaker. That seems to work fine. But when I export the document to a PDF file about an inch of the right side of the tables is cropped off. Other text and images exceed beyond this point. I've tried reducing the size of the table and it's placement on the page, but to no avail. Is it hopeless??

Pumpkin: this workflow is simply not safe. The reliable
transfer formats are TXT, RTF, TIFF, BMP, JPEG, EPS, PDF.
For future developments I wouldn´t rely on other formats.
For the actual task a re-editing is certainly stabilizing.
OK - doesn´t help you actually, but in the Adobe Forums
there are so many discussions about doubtful transfer
formats. ----G.Hoffmann
