Credit card machine on LDK-100

I have a credit card machine connected to analogue port on LDK-100. When it gets used it takes a line on system but gets disconnected 10-15 seconds later and payment cancels. Any one had issues with credit card machines not working on LDK-100?

The line must have the fax option added, since there is a modem/fax application added to the line. Grounding must be installed to the ipLDK and the credit card system. Same grounding must apply.

Is that the fax option on the analogue port? also can I ask what is the PLLU daughter card needed for?

I can not remember where you set the fax capability. The PLLU is for distributing the ISDN clock from the PSTN/ISDN network to the backbone sync bus in the ipLDL-100. You must use this board if you have ISDN lines - otherwise ISDN lines will not work.

Fax mode is PGM 112 flex 11

Also Data line security PGM 111 flex 4 is good

Do you have analogue or ISDN lines?

I have ISDN lines. Installed PLLU daughter card, now the credit card machines are working. Thanks all for help
