creating a projector

hey, I can't seem to create a projector file with my director programs. Whenever I start my projector program, it opens, and then closes, has nyone else had this problem? I remember the class I took told me I had to write a script first and create a projector out of that, linking to my other movies, but I can't rememebr the script. does anyone know hwat I'm talking abotu?! please help me asap I need to turn something in tomorrow afternoon

You can create a stub file that basically does nothing more than

go to movie "intro.dir"

basically its a blank file with that one script in it, probably an enterframe script on the first frame. replace intro.dir with the name of your first movie.

The reasons it might not work are too numerous to count. What scripts do you have on the first frame? Last frame? Movie scripts? Do you have a behavior set as a movie script that causes it to quit?
