cp appbuilder need assistance 1

i am trying to import wav files to appbuilder v4.0

however receiving error: the system could not import the voice item to server. pls check connection to server and try again

can't same wav file to another another cp server.

Check the wav file. Recorded wav files to be uploaded to callpilot should also be in PCM, 16 bit, mono.

turtlezzz...you cannot put an appbuilder wav files on
the callpilot server because appbulider is not on the server.

I meant to import to another server via appbuilder.

I was ablet ofinally import to appbuilder by changing format of the wav ffiles. I have symposium/cp integration and use appbuilder to load my wave files....
