I'm not 100% sure how I should do this. I have a request to have an outside number point to a group of people. They want the number to ring at person A first, then at person B if person A doesn't answer.. they eventually want this for 3 people.

I know if I had them all login as agents I could do this easily, but I don't have the licenses, or budget for that matter. I've setup call coverage groups in the past and send calls there, but that rings all the phones at once.. not quite what htey want in this one.

Can someone point me in the right direction.
Thanks!
