I have been using CorelDraw 12 for the last 6 months, without any problems until now.

Now, when I type a "£" in CorelDraw or CorelPaint, I get a "#" displayed instead.

A few other keys have changed position as well. It appears that CorelDraw has resorted back to the US keyboard layout.

My PC keyboard layout in English (UK) settings.

I have no problems in any other applications, Word, Excel or Publisher. The "£" will always appear when pressed.

How do I alter the settings on Corel Draw to correct this??

Thanks

Look in Options... sounds like you have autokeyboard switching enabled.

Sorry, but where abouts in Options would I find auto keyboard switching?

DOH! Thanks Javabear, but Auto-Keyboard Switching is disabled.

Any other suggestions, other than manually inserting a character?

you might point your newsreader (not your browser) over to cnews.corel.com, the official Corel newsgroups. Someone there might have a suggestion.
