This is an older CS1000E, it was installed in 2005. This is a dual core system and one of the core's died today(no power). I suspect a bad power supply. We are running on the redundant side and that has been running as long as core 0 had been running. Can a power supply be ordered for an NTDU62? This is the chassis part number. There are also a system utility card and the CP card. Not sure if the power supply is on the system utility card or the CP card or internal? Does anyone know and if so what the replacement part number is? Again this is not a CPPM card but the card prior to that and it is release 4.5.88...The core or CPU is an actual separate processor card that mounts in a chassis.

It sounds as if you have a Pentium 4 processor. Does the CPU have compact flash cards?. I recently had a fault where I just unplugged the CPU card and reseated it again and then let it sync with the good CPU.

This happened after one of the rectifiers failed and caused the CPU to swap cores.

All the best
