Analog cordless phone. When I place a call on hold with the flash button, none of the desk phones can pick up the held call. Is there a way to make it available to the desk phones with just a hold?

I managed to get it to park a call that can be picked up by the desk phones, but can not retrieve the call from the cordless. Not that they need this feature often, as the dept usually picks up the call.

Can this be done? I tried all sorts of short codes with no success.

Could you be more specific, derfloh? I tried all the short codes built in and built several of my own, and it doesn't ever retrieve the call.
I built a *90* that is a park to slot 1, which allows desk phones to pick up the call. But I tried *90* to get the call back, no luck, I tried the unpark code, no luck.

Short Code *72X / Call Park / N
Short Code *78X / UnPark Call / N

Flash on cordless to put call on hold and get internal dial tone, dial *721 to Park Call on Park 1, then hang up.

Park 1 is flashing on all multiline sets, anyone can retrieve it.

From the cordless, dial *781 to retrieve Park 1

The codes, 72 has letters for PC (Park Call), 78 is for PU (Pick Up). You can dial any park zone from 1 to 9.
Parking is tricky, as you don't know if the Park Zone is already in use. Maybe instruct cordless user to start on highest park that is used.
Pick Up is easy, as you're generally told which Park the call is waiting on.

Thank you Tommy, I think I tried that, but I will try again.

Is the analog cordless phone getting its dial tone from an analog station port or is it bridged to an outside line? The posted answers assume that it's being treated as part of the system.
