Converting .ai to Word file

I have created a form in Adobe Illustrator and would like to convert it to a word file. I was wondering if it is possible without compromising the formatting. I read somewhere that if you have Adobe Acrobat 7.0 you can convert a pdf into a word file. Unfortunately, I only have Adobe Acrobat 5.0. Any suggestions??

You could export it to one of the graphics formats supported by word. but it won't be editable in Word. Enhanced metafile works for preserving vector data.
